How to teach scuba diving courses, during effective and proper breathing, the human chest expands, forward and sideways, and the abdomen protrudes. This breathing is called mixed breathing, explained by proper breathing experts and doctors. It is right to breathe through your nose to warm the inhaled air and provide lung protection against microbes. There have been cases where a person's type of breathing has changed, such as breathing more with their breasts or abdomen. The way we breathe is referred to as both 'breast breathing' and 'abdominal breathing'.

What not to do? It is wrong to breathe only through the mouth, superficially, quickly. Then the air does not fill the lungs and does not reach the lower alveoli of the lungs, the lungs accumulate used air. Improper breathing occurs when there is a cause or illness - stress, illness, after surgery. If you have a sedentary lifestyle, your breathing becomes weaker. Poor breathing has consequences for the human body.

If there is sufficient air exchange in the lungs, health is in order. It is important to breathe deep enough for full lungs, ensuring full breathing - inhalation and exhalation. Physiologically, a person from time to time takes deep breaths and exhales to restore air to the lungs.

Regular breathing exercises 2-3 times a week maintain and restore lung function, which is important for the whole body. Air, like food, gives energy to the human body.
