Some tips to help prevent the regulator from "freeflow" in cold waters
- Do not use the respirator on the surface of the water;
- Set the regulator's second stage breathing resistance to the minimum;
- Expose all metal parts of the breathing tube to water, remove the hose guards;
- Breathe slowly and calmly;
- Slowly inflate the BCD.
