The following (soft palate) workouts will help you control the breathing processes in your body
- Keep your mouth shut
- Inhale through the nose
- Exhale through your nose
- Inhale through the nose
- Open your mouth
- Exhale ONLY through the nose (AIR does not come out of the mouth)
- Inhale through nose ONLY (AIR does not enter through mouth)
- Continue to breathe for several minutes ONLY through your nose, keep your mouth wide open.
- Start from the beginning and repeat 5-10 times
