The PADI Junior Open Water Diver Course is a globally recognized scuba diving certificate for children ages 10 to 14.
- The PADI Junior Open Water Diver Certificate is available for ages 10 to 11, and juniors can dive with a PADI Professional diver, in the presence of a parent or guardian who holds a scuba diving certificate. Scuba diving is allowed no further than 12 meters.
- The PADI Junior Open Water Diver certificate allows a 12-year-old child to dive with a certified adult diver. Your certification will automatically improve on the student's 15th birthday when you can apply for a PADI Adult Certification Card.
