As a firefighter-rescuer, he completed compressed air DIVATOR breathing apparatus training at the State Fire and Rescue Service, further learned to be a diver on October 20, 2005, undergoing training at the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (Ang. PADI - Professional Association of Diving Instructors ), has trained in diving professional development training in the North Atlantic Islands, the Red Sea, the Norwegian Sea and the Mediterranean Sea. Has participated in several underwater archaeological projects in Latvia. On July 24, 2006, he established the diving club “Daivings.lv”. Has completed more than 5,000 dives with an underwater breathing apparatus and has mastered 40 diving specializations.

Interests
He has been involved in travel and mountain hiking since childhood. He has been involved in extreme sports, parachuting from the altitude of 5000 meters, in total he has performed over 100 parachuting. Fascinated by photography and filming.
