💍 Wedding day miracle in Bale's career, how the lost ring found its way home
A wedding day is the moment when the most beautiful dreams come true. This was exactly what it was 23.07.2026. the day when in the picturesque guesthouse of the Riga district "Holiday Palace" The beautiful couple celebrated their love – Nikita and Malvina. Gathering a large number of international guests from all over the world, the celebration was full of laughter, clinking glasses and genuine joy. Both hands were adorned with newly-minted wedding rings – a symbol of endless love and loyalty.
But life tends to take unexpected turns even on the most perfect days.
After the big celebration, the young couple went to relax in a nearby Bale quarry. Chilling water, summer heat and the excitement of a new husband – Nikita went swimming, proudly carrying only the ring she had put on yesterday in her hand. However, after swimming about 10 meters from the boardwalk, what every newlywed family fears happened. Clear water, one thoughtless wave of the hand… and the slightly too big ring gold ring slipped from his finger, sliding into the dark depths.
🛑 A deafening silence and a moment of despair
Joy was replaced in a second by a hardening despair. The depths of the quarry do not give up their treasures easily. Seeing that by their own efforts searching for jewelry in water is impossible, an emergency call was made to the nearest professional diving club – daivings.lv.

Recognizing the seriousness of the situation, diver Walter together with son Robert immediately rushed to help. And then a miracle happened! Bubbles appeared above the water surface, and a scuba diver Walter and announced with a smile: "Job done!"
At that very second, the quarry was filled with incredible ovations! The surge of emotions and adrenaline was so strong that the entire wooden boardwalk literally swayed from the guests' cheers, and one of the relatives, unable to contain her excitement, even jumped into the water with her clothes on! Joy, tears of relief, and wild adrenaline overwhelmed everyone – the newlyweds, the international guests, and, of course, the diver himself, Valters, and his son Robert.
The wedding day was saved, and Nikita and Malvina's love story gained a legendary chapter to be passed down to future generations.
