We continue the tradition we have started, in the vocational education of students in the choice of future professions, we introduce middle and senior class students to the profession of scuba diving instructor, career opportunities in Latvia and abroad.
This time a teacher career counselor invited us to give a lecture at Riga 61st Secondary School. Within the framework of the career project, the representative of the secondary school invited a professional diving specialist - instructor, so that the students could learn what to follow, a representative of the diving profession should know. In the lecture we received an unexpectedly great response from the students, questions about the profession of underwater instructor followed each other, the most active received surprise prizes.
In the lesson we learned about different directions of the diving profession, how to avoid dangerous things, as well as worked practically, got acquainted with diving equipment - neutral buoyancy vest, breathing regulator, mask, buoy, fins, underwater compass and sowing sailors' knots,
