Refunds and returns

Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days on new items. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

In order to be returned, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original, unopened packaging.

Different types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept items that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous substances or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional items that cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items with reduced prices
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to return an item.

There are some situations where only a partial refund is granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Open CD, DVD, used software, video game, cassettes.
  • Any item that is not in original condition is damaged or missing parts, unless due to the seller's fault.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once we receive and inspect the return item, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within the specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please double check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund is posted.

Discount items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Discounted items cannot be refunded.

We only replace goods if they are damaged or defective. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {email address} and send your item to the store address.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift card will be mailed to you when the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gifter ordered the item themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gifter and they will be notified of your return.
