Diving – underwater meditation

Diving is often compared to meditation – when you dive, you become one with yourself, in complete silence and harmony. It is an opportunity to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and discover a new, exciting world.

What awaits you during your first diving lesson?

• Instruction and equipment: Before diving, you will receive a full briefing on diving basics and safety, and you will be provided with all the necessary equipment, including a warm neoprene suit and diving equipment. We will fit fins and a suit exactly to your size, so please inform the instructor in advance about your foot and suit size.
• First dive into the Sloka Dolomite quarry: Enjoy your first dive in open water at Sloka Underwater Park, which is especially suitable for beginners.
• Instructor accompaniment and training: An experienced instructor will be by your side every moment, teaching you how to breathe with a regulator, scuba dive, blow water out of your mask, equalize pressure in your ears, and communicate with basic hand signals.

Adventure and the opportunity to continue

“Discover Open Water Diving” is not only an exciting adventure, but also an opportunity to try diving and understand whether you want to continue learning this skill. After the introductory lesson, you will have the opportunity to join the Daivings.lv club and continue training to obtain an internationally recognized PADI Open Water Diver certificate.

With a PADI certificate, a wide world will open up to you:
