Forget about outdated “breadbox” type compressors! The BAUER VERTICUS® series offers a modern, soundproofed housing with a unique, aesthetically appealing, horizontally opening operation panel equipped with gas shock absorbers, providing easy access to the drive belts. The vertically opening and removable side maintenance door (with locking pin technology) allows for quick removal of the door without tools. The rear panel is equipped with integrated handles and a removable structure. The front vertically opening door is equipped with a hex key lock to prevent the door from accidentally opening during system operation. Sound insulation is integrated into all possible panels, ensuring a quiet operating level of approximately 72 dB (at a distance of one meter). One housing size fits all BAUER air-cooled high-pressure compressors with 5 to 20 HP motors. The new, large 7-inch HMI display improves monitoring of system functions.
