PADI Tec 40, your first step into technical diving<\/h1>\n

Have you ever wanted to stay underwater longer, explore deeper wrecks, or simply go where regular recreational divers don't go? PADI Tec 40<\/b> The course is a bridge that connects sport diving with the exciting world of technical diving.<\/p>\n

This course is the first stage in a full PADI Tec Deep Diver<\/i> program. It is designed to make the transition from no-decompression diving to technical diving safe, understandable and controlled.<\/p>\n

What will you learn during the course?<\/h3>\n

In the Tec 40 course, we don't just talk about theory, we develop iron-clad skills and discipline:<\/p>\n

    Technical equipment:<\/b> Getting to know double balloons (twinset<\/i>) or lateral configuration (side mount<\/i>), as well as the use of decompression cylinders.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Decompression planning:<\/b> You will learn to use dive planning software and computers to calculate gas consumption and decompression stops.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Gas management:<\/b> Working with enriched air (Nitrox) up to 50%<\/b>to speed up the decompression process and increase safety.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Emergency response:<\/b> What to do if an equipment failure occurs or gas runs out at depth.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Course parameters and restrictions<\/h3>\n

    After successfully completing the course, you will be qualified to perform limited decompression dives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    Requirements for candidates<\/h3>\n

    To start this challenge, you must have:<\/p>\n

    1. \n

      PADI Advanced Open Water Diver<\/b> (or equivalent certificate).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    2. \n

      PADI Enriched Air Diver<\/b> (Nitrox) certificate.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    3. \n

      PADI Deep Diver<\/b> certificate (or proven experience in diving up to 30m).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    4. \n

      At least 30 logged dives<\/b> (of which at least 10 are with Nitrox and deeper than 18m).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    5. \n

      For age at least 18 years old<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    6. \n

      A medical certificate signed by a doctor within the last 12 months.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
