Valters Preimanis is a diving expert and instructor who specializes in scuba diving, technical diving and free diving. He is PADI MSDT, TEC DEEP, EFR, Freediving and PADI Adaptive Techniques specialty training instructor<\/a>, which means that he can train divers of various levels and specialties, as well as help people with various physical and mental challenges to discover the joy of diving. He has been diving for more than 17 years and has trained hundreds of divers in Latvia and elsewhere in the world.<\/p>\n

He, together with his supporters, has also founded the diving club Divings.lv, where he organizes regular diving events and trips. He is also a hands-on user of the latest dive computers, and he tells his students why a dive computer is one of the most important pieces of equipment for a diver's safety, comfort and enjoyment.<\/p>\n

A dive computer is an electronic device that helps a diver plan and control their dives by displaying important information and making recommendations. A dive computer also allows the diver to use different gas mixtures, such as nitrox, which increases the possibilities and enjoyment of diving.<\/p>\n

There are many different models on the market for dive computers that differ in their features, performance and price. To help divers choose the best dive computer for themselves, the dive club team has prepared a list of five dive computers for 2024 that are\u00a0 found below<\/a>.<\/p>\n
