He has written two best-selling books and oversees them <strong>Tergar Meditation Community<\/strong>, an international network of Buddhist meditation centers.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Satipatthana_meditacija\"><\/span>Satipatthana meditation<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Mindfulness meditation or <strong>Satipatthana <\/strong>[<em>In Pali<\/em>]\u00a0(<em>to keep your attention inside<\/em>) is probably the most influential meditation text in modern Theravada Buddhism on which the teaching of the Vipassana movement is based. Although these teachings are found in all Buddhist traditions, modern-day Teravada Buddhism and the Vipassana movement are especially known for promoting the practice of Satipatthana as the development of consciousness to gain insight into volatility, thus reaching the first state of liberation. In the popular sense, consciousness has become an inner practice of consciousness to calm the mind.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kas_ir_Dharma_rats\"><\/span>What is the wheel of Dharma<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The Dharma\u010dakra comes from the Dharma, which is the path to attaining enlightenment and attaining nirvana (the highest state one can attain). It also means the wheel of the Law. Although there are many variants of the Dharma wheel, they are usually depicted with eight spokes and are golden in color. In the center of the wheel are three shapes, usually a Yin Yang shape, a wheel or a circle.<\/p>\n<p>The meaning of the Dharma\u010dakra usually refers to a typical Dharma chariot with eight spokes representing the eightfold path and is the oldest, universal symbol of Buddhism. There are several ways to interpret the Dharma chariot, so this symbol has several meanings. There are three different parts that make up the Dharma chariot: the cane, the hub and the bow. The edge of the Dharma wheel further signifies the ability to hold all teachings together by meditating and concentrating.
