Diving maintenance is usually performed by a diving instructor and specially trained personnel, it can also be performed by a diver who has acquired the necessary skills in the maintenance of diving equipment. Be careful, read the equipment manufacturer&#039;s instructions if you have a heavy diving load or use diving-specific equipment. Ask your instructor or local diving center about the frequency of maintenance of your diving equipment or tips on performing simple maintenance repairs at home.<\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Nirsanas_regulatora_apkope\"><\/span>Diving regulator maintenance<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>It is important to take care of the dive regulator after each dive, screw on and use the dust cap on a daily basis, rinse the regulator in fresh water both first and second degree. Normally, the regulator is serviced once a year before the start of the season. Be careful, read the manufacturer&#039;s instructions if you have a heavy diving load or it is diving-specific equipment. Components of the BCD, such as the low-pressure inflator and the air pocket, are subject to wear and compression damage, and if any of these important devices fail during diving, a serious accident can occur that affects the diver&#039;s safety. In diving equipment inspections, we check the condition of the cylinder valves and the traces of corrosion in the cylinder.
