Seda hingamist nimetatakse segahingamiseks, seda selgitavad \u00f5ige hingamise eksperdid ja arstid. Hea on hingata l\u00e4bi nina, et soojendada sissehingatavat \u00f5hku ja kaitsta kopse mikroobide eest.
