Selles artiklis vaatleme, mida sertifikaadi saamine tegelikult t\u00e4hendab. <strong>SDI soolo sukelduja<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_dala_Miti_un_realitate_%E2%80%93_kapec_vispar_nirt_vienam\"><\/span>1. osa: M\u00fc\u00fcdid ja tegelikkus \u2013 miks \u00fcldse \u00fcksi sukelduda?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sukeldumiskoolituses on aastak\u00fcmneid olnud vaieldamatu reegel: \u201e\u00c4ra kunagi sukeldu \u00fcksi.\u201c Tegelikkus on aga see, et paljud sukeldujad \u2013 olgu nad siis allveefotograafid, instruktorid v\u00f5i kogenud reisijad \u2013 satuvad sageli olukorda, kus nad sukelduvad sisuliselt \u00fcksi, isegi kui kaaslane on l\u00e4heduses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Soolosukeldumiskursus ei soovita sul sukeldumissukeldujast loobuda.<\/strong> Selle eesm\u00e4rk on \u00f5petada sukeldujat olema <strong>isemajandav<\/strong>See t\u00e4hendab, et suudad iseseisvalt lahendada mis tahes veealuse probleemi. Vee all pole kedagi, kes sind paanikahoos \u201e\u00f5lale koputaks\u201c v\u00f5i maha rahustaks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kursus r\u00f5hutab kolme p\u00f5hialust:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Oma mugavustsooni tuvastamine:<\/strong> \u00dcksiksukelduja ei tohi oma v\u00f5imeid \u00fcletada. Kui enne sukeldumist tuntakse \u00e4revust, siis sukeldumine t\u00fchistatakse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Paanikah\u00e4irest vabanemine:<\/strong> S\u00fcgavate hingamistehnikate ja vaimse treeningu abil \u00f5pib sukelduja emotsionaalse reaktsiooni loogiliseks tegevuseks muutma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Otsuste tegemine:<\/strong> \u00dcksiksukeldumise p\u00f5hireegel on <strong>Peatu, m\u00f5tle, tegutse<\/strong> (Peatu, m\u00f5tle, tegutse). Siin tulebki m\u00e4ngu matemaatika ja <strong>SAC (pinna \u00f5hu tarbimine)<\/strong> indikaator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enne iga sukeldumist paneb soolosukelduja endale kirja, kui palju gaasi peaks tal 10, 20 v\u00f5i 30 minuti p\u00e4rast olema. Kui midagi katki l\u00e4heb, peab sul olema varuplaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peamised muudatused:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>S\u00f5ltumatu gaasiallikas:<\/strong> Enamasti on see <strong>Poni pudel<\/strong> (v\u00e4ike, s\u00f5ltumatu balloonis\u00fcsteem oma regulaatori ja manomeetriga). Kandideerimiseks on tavaliselt vaja:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>V\u00e4hemalt 21-aastane;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SDI Advanced Adventure (v\u00f5i samav\u00e4\u00e4rne) sertifikaat;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>V\u00e4hemalt 100 registreeritud lobe.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kursus h\u00f5lmab nii gaasihalduse teooriat kui ka ps\u00fchholoogiat, aga ka praktilisi harjutusi vees, mis simuleerivad erinevaid rikkeid: regulaatori rike, maski kadumine, BCD purunemine ja orienteerumine ilma n\u00e4htavuseta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>J\u00e4reldus:<\/strong> \u00dcksi sukeldumine ei ole \u00fcksinduse, vaid <strong>vabadus ja vastutus<\/strong>See on harrastussukeldumise k\u00f5rgeim meisterlikkuse tase, mis pakub meelerahu ja enesekindlust igas veealuses olukorras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Kas soovid oma oskusi t\u00e4iendada ja rohkem teada saada L\u00e4tis toimuva soolo sukeldumiskursuse kohta?
