Der Gesundheitszustand eines Tauchers oder Touristen kann manchmal so schlecht sein, dass eine Fortsetzung der Reise unm\u00f6glich ist und die Erholungszeit bis zu einer Woche dauern kann. Der Impuls, der das Zentrum des Gehirns erreicht, wird schw\u00e4cher und kann sich nicht auf die umliegenden Nervenstrukturen ausbreiten. F\u00fcr diejenigen, die unter mittelschwerer Seekrankheit leiden, wird empfohlen, das Arzneimittel 12\u201324 Stunden vor oder gleichzeitig mit dem Beginn der Fahrt einzunehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Ingwer beseitigt nicht nur alle Symptome und \u00dcbelkeit, sondern auch Schw\u00e4che, Schwindel und kalten Schwei\u00df.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Medikamente haben im Allgemeinen keine Nebenwirkungen, obwohl manchmal Schl\u00e4frigkeit, Konzentrationsschwierigkeiten, Schwindel und verschwommenes Sehen auftreten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Ein wirksameres Mittel ist Vertirosan mit Vitamin B6.
